Filtering Sales Order Sales from Report

We currently run a report based off of the last 7 days of sales. It uses our Display Name, quantity, revenue, and quantity available in attempts to give us a heads up on what we need to reorder. We just realized this report is currently including items from Sales Orders through Wholesale. What is the column field to filter out Sales Orders from this report as opposed to Cash Sales (how all of our website purchases are currently imported).
