Credit Card/Paypal Receipts Question

I'm using Netsuite.

Previous to May 19 Netsuite was importing my credit card and Paypal Gross receipts. Starting May 19, it started importing them net of the credit card/Paypal charge fee. Does anyone know if this is driven by Netsuite or is it something my bank is doing? I have made no changes in preferences. If it is a Netsuite selection/preferences thing, where would I go to find that.
