Is anyone using JP Morgan to process payments in Netsuite

Hi,

We are going to implement JP Morgan to process payments. We were told that "if a bill was created before the bundle was installed, then it must be paid within the accounting period.  A work around to this would be to open/unlock the appropriate accounting period, process the payment(s) again, and then close/lock the period". If anyone has experienced it then I would like to understand you handled this situation. Please share if you thoughts on this.
