GL Imapct amount was changed by system and it add 0.01

Hi,

I have an item that unit cost is $139.90 and I created an inventory adjustment for  3 quantity with this item.

when I created this transaction I saw the GL Impact total is $419.70 but it was changed to $ 419.71 by -system- after 2 days when I created.

it was so weird that it est.unit cost was changed to $139.9033333333, I would like to know why that made our finance team confused.
