work order auto issue

In 2020.1 - Advanced Manufacturing using tablet mode- I am finding instances where auto issue on a correctly set up BOM is not fully issuing all components in a an operation. At a loss to see why this would happen, when inventory is available/committed and the detail box is ticked if we were to issue in core.

Anyone having the same issue?
