API Logs Requested

We have a third party (Sovos) who is asking for our API logs to troubleshoot some errors in the bundle....  I have looked in:

Customizations/Scripting/Script Execution Logs under script Sovos but the list does not appear to give any 'debugging' information and only goes back 30 days and we are looking for an error back in June

Customization/plug-ins/manage plug-ins and have determined that the implementation is Sovos Tax Engine

I have also tried to locate through the google developer tools to no avail

I am extremely new to API's....  Can someone please give me direction on where to find API logs in general and if a third party integration would be in a different location?
