Script(RESTlet) Project Creation Alerts

Hi Team

I have created a saved search that picks up newly created projects and defined users to email to. We have an integration to create projects using project information in our resourcing system so the creation in NetSuite is via Script(RESTlet) context. During our test project creation runs, the new projects are listed if you run the saved search, but no email alert is being received by names users. If a project is created in the UI, the alert emails correctly.

My saved search criteria has been changed a few times to try and troubleshot but currently I have:
