Can I get shortcuts back for a NetSuite user after someone took the role away from the user?

One of my NetSuite users had the Full Access (Deprecated) role, and one of our admins removed the role from their list of roles.  The user had all of their shorcuts saved under the Full Access role.  Is there a way to give them back the Full Access role and shortcuts?  Or, since Full Access is no longer in the list of available roles, is there a way to get the shortcuts back?
