Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Security Deposit Question
Does anyone out there have refundable security deposits?
For example, we have a organization renting part of our building. We can invoice them for each item used, but do I need to build in a "Security Deposit Item" and then refund it when the event is over, or is there something that is designed within the system for this type of action?
@Micah Timbol-Oracle, I'm unable to edit the original message. The answer was by no means a solution for the question. In addition, it appeared sound, but I didn't test it because I do not have that use case at the moment. My original issue was concerning customers that I am adding a Security Deposit to their Sales Order/Invoice. I lamented that I have over 400 orders annually that I must use a work-around.
