Signature Required is not showing up on a printed Fedex label
We are choosing to have a Fedex package be delivered with Signature Required. However, when the label prints, it does not indicate the signature required on the label like it normally does through our FedEx software.
This SuiteAnswer is similar - https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14419/kw/fedex%20signature%20required - but it is not working even when the proper choices are made. Is there a setting we are missing?
