SuiteSuccess Food & Beverage - Item substitution - How to?

Hi there,

I asked my question here, but I don't know if a Guru can see it easily: https://community.oracle.com/blogs/alphabold/2020/01/09/netsuite-for-food-and-beverage-industry#comment-1070312.

I am looking for some info on the "item substitution" feature in F&B. It looks like it's a bit more advanced than the one in SCM (that's a good new!).

However I am unable to use either of them.

  • SCM seems to have role issue, even if I followed the help (I tried in Admin role and other roles).
  • I can't find any help for the one from F&B.
