Dashboard Tile Options
I am starting to work with KPIs, KPI Scoreboards and Dashboard Tiles.
I have created a Dashboard Tile to compare Sales (from one search) against a target figure (stored in a custom record and retrieved by another search).
There only seems to be 3 comparison types. Absolute Ratio looks like it should provide a percentage, but returns 0.89 - and I can't see any option to use some kind of formula to multiply by 100 to get a true percentage.
Difference shows the difference between the 2 searches (which is accurate but not what I want)
I've no idea what 'Variance Percentage' is supposed to be showing.
