analytics dataset-missing result

Hello Gurus

Hoping you can assist with solving this mystery. Dataset criteria does not return all the expected results.

For example i used the same criteria for a saved search and a analytics dataset, but the result only appears on the saved search

Dataset criteria does not return  result

However saved search with same criteria does correctly return the result
