Rebate Management Issues

We are implementing Rebate Module on a NetSuite client and finding that the rebates are not populating in Sales Order or Invoice transaction lines consistently.  Has anyone implemented Rebates and found any way to ensure all the proper data is stored in the process on sales order, invoices, and properly created a claim?
