Selecting the correct parser for bank recon bank statement upload

Has anyone had any success importing a bank statement into NetSuite using the transaction parser? The information is in a CSV format but none of the parsers listed correspond to that format.

I am needing to know which transaction parser goes with CSV on the Format Profile page of the Financial Institution. None of the options listed are CSV.
