Show zero tax on footer of Invoice

Without having to use ADVANCED forms, does anyone know why/how we can display the Tax info at the bottom of the Invoice even if it's Zero ($0) ?   For France we must show the TAX and I can't find anywhere to set this up.   I have 10 Invoice forms for our France subsidiary and all are Basic forms that work perfectly, I seriously HATE to have to recreate all of these as Advanced forms just to display a field....any ideas/thoughts ?
