method of payment report

This is one of those questions that is incredibly straight forward, but I'm not sure where to go.

I need a method of payment report.

The summary version of the report would list sales by method of payment (visa, mastercard, check, etc). The detail version of the report would display the invoice, payments applied to it, the payment method used, and "Unpaid Amount".
