Can a Workflow be used to assign Group Pricing price levels when a Lead is created?

We need to assign Group Pricing discounts for several item pricing groups to new customer accounts once created based on the data from their account registration form. As far as I can tell, we are only able to set a storewide Price Level discount using a Workflow.

I have read that NetSuite now allows sublist access in Workflows for transaction records using Sublist Action Groups. Is there a way to do this on Customer Records using a Workflow, or would this require a customized solution?
