Mailchimp to Netsuite html conversion for "Unsubscribe" field

I used my Mailchimp account to write the html for an email campaign message, then added the html to Netsuite as a new Marketing template. I’ve done this several times and it works great. The problem I’ve just uncovered is that the “Update your preferences” and “Unsubscribe” links in the Mailchimp-coded footer don’t work. I realize that *|UNSUB|* and *|UPDATE_PROFILE|* are simply placeholders.

The line of code from Mailchimp is:

You can <a href="*|UPDATE_PROFILE|*">update your preferences</a> or <a href="*|UNSUB|*">unsubscribe from this list</a>.

I believe the Netsuite fields that I need to reference are:
