Email Case Capture not working for unhandled error from scripts
Hi,
We have setup internal case management.
We are using email case capture for that.
So when we send a email to a certain email address automatically a case is created.
This is working fine.
However we also have scripts running in Netsuite for which we automatically send the log file in case of an unhandled error.
The output for the scripts is also send to the same email address.
What we would like to achieve is that automatically also a case is created for the unhandled error emails.
However what we see is that if we directly send a mail to the email address the case capture is working.
