why admin role is not allowed to create entities through scripting?

Dear team,

Good Day,

I recently get 'Script Security Violation:' exception, understood that we can not able to create entities if we are using admin role using scripts, I believe to overcome this we need to create a custom role, however I would like to know more about this violation, and what are the other possible ways to overcome this instead of using the custom role.
