Did you know that there is an extension/Add-ons on web browser that you could use to help troubleshoot an unexpected error when using SAML SSO.

The extension/Add-ons is called "SAML Tracer". Using this tool will help both support and you as a user to troubleshoot your SAML SSO with NetSuite.

For Firefox web browser, you could follow the SuiteAnswers Article below for the steps on how you could install this extension/add-ons:

For Google Chrome, simply google "SAML-tracer" and make sure to choose "Google Chrome". For the steps on how you could install this tool, just like any other extension for google chrome, simply click the "
