Tip (Invalid Login Attempt Integration)
Users may experience invalid login attempt when trying to connect to their NetSuite System via Web Services/RESTlet/Integration.
Many factors affect this issue. For example, invalid signature,invalid password,etc.
To diagnose what might be the possible cause, first thing users need to do is to follow the steps provided below:
- Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > View Login Audit Trail.
- Click the Results subtab.
- Add the following Fields:
- Details - Users can see here the details when connection has failed.
- Request URI - Sample detail that can see here is the NetSuite WSDL Version used by the users integration.
