Reason Why a Cancelled Bill still Generates an Amortization Schedule
Scenario:
When a Bill is created for amortization with an initial status of Pending Approval and is subsequently cancelled by clicking the Cancel Bill button, an Amortization Schedule will still be generated.
Illustration of the Above Scenario: Create Bill > Approval Status = Pending Approval > Save > Click Cancel Bill Button
- When a Bill is created with Approval Status = Pending Approval, no Amortization Schedule is generated (eventhough there is a link for the schedule).
- However, when the Cancel Bill button is clicked, Amortization Schedule will be generated.
- Line Level Approval Status: Rejected (NOT Editable)
- Header Level Status: CANCELLED
