NetSuite Interface Issues
Sometimes, upon logging in to our Netsuite account, we notice that the interface suddenly changed (e.g.: unable to tick boxes, white center tabs, etc.) without us changing any preference or there were no updates done on the system.
Usually this is an intermittent issue caused by the browser not being able to pull up the most recent and up-to-date data from the NetSuite System due to overload of browsing information and the basic troubleshooting to be done is perform clearing of the browser's cache.
