Release 2020.1: Support for Record Transformation Through REST Web Services
As of 2020.1, you can use REST web services to transform a record from one type into another. In REST web services, you use the POST method to send a record transformation request.
All record transformations available in SuiteScript are also available in REST web services. For information about the supported transformation types, see the help topic record.transform(options).
