The Enhanced Validations and Defaulting SuiteApp can be used to automate inventory validations on sales transaction and inventory adjustment records. This suiteapp includes the Negative Inventory Validation functionality: which allows users to creates restrictions when they enter an item quantity that would bring the inventories on hand to negative across locations. If the Prevent Negative Inventory preference is enabled, the bundle would prevent them, through script, to save any transaction that includes an item with a negative inventory. This makes it easier (and faster) for users to validate and prevent underwater sales.
