Workbook Showing the Production Cost details of the Assembly Transactions
A lot of manufacturing companies wanted to keep track of the component costs they realize for each assembly production. This will be helpful for their cost-benefit analysis, especially with regards to their pricing strategy.
NetSuite has a modified transaction data set (called Manufacturing Workbook) that pulls out necessary information and details with regards to the Manufacturing transactions (e.g. Work Order completions, Assembly build). This workbook may be modified by users accordingly.
For this document, the following would enable you to present in the Workbook the following information: Assembly Item, its Component, the Consumed Quantity of the Component and the Costs attributed to the said Production/Transaction.
