Credit Memo Page > Fields are Flickering

You might have, at least once, experienced flickering fields where you are unable to select drop down fields while editing a record. As for a specific user, he has reported similar concern upon clicking Credit on the Invoice record.

The steps to reproduce are:

1. Open INV123 (just an example) > click Credit

2. On Credit Memo page > unable to enter/select anything

Notes and Results:

*Fields are flickering within the page.

*Using tab to move around does not work.

*Issue is still reproducible even when you try to select other fields.

*Unable to change Credit Memo form.

*When the navigational path Transactions
