SuiteScript 2.0: Restrict users from address creation in transactions
Overview
NetSuite transactions like sales orders allow us to select and add new or custom addresses for our customers. If we select "- New -" or "- Custom -" on one of those address fields, we will be able to create a new address. Every business process is different and your business process might require you to restrict your users from adding a new address to a transaction. In that case, you'll have to look for a customized solution because there's currently no permission that will prevent your users from creating a new or custom address on transactions.
