Enter Requisitions > Expenses subtab > Incomplete Vendors
After thorough testing, I was able to verify that we can only select Vendors associated with the Subsidiary set in the Employee record. To elaborate:
- Employee record is assigned to Subsidiary = AAA Inc.
- When we Enter Requisitions, no matter what Subsidiary we select, only 5 Vendors (example) appear on the list.
- Looking further on these Vendors, we find that they are all associated with Subsidiary AAA Inc.
- I took a Vendor that wasn’t in the list: BBB, Inc.. This Vendor has Subsidiary set to CCC Inc..
- When I edited this Vendor and added AAA Inc. in its Subsidiaries, this Vendor then showed up among the Vendors to be selected.
