SuiteQL multiselect field filtering

I'm creating application with REST WebService, that using SuiteQL. I want to filter my items by multiselect custom field.

I see, that row have value "custitem_wex_specialties": "19, 25", but when i'm processing query "select * from item where custitem_wex_specialties like '%19%'", it doesn't return any rows. How can i filter multiselect fields?
