Customer Saved Search - Eliminate Customers with Specific Price Levels
We need to create a search that will eliminate customers that have only specific price levels, of which there are about seven out of probably twenty. We can't just use "none of" and the price levels, because it's just filtering out those price levels, not the entire customer.
It was suggested I try using summary and a case statement, assigning a 1 to any customer that has the price levels, then minimizing the results, but this is not working either.
I'm very stumped. We need this list for an upcoming campaign.
