Advanced Project: Currency and Rates with billing classes on charge-based projects

We are trying to invoice a customer who is paying in USD based on a conversion of the CAD with Xignite on a project. All the ressources are Canadians and the work is done in Canada. Only the invoice should be in USD.
When we chose this specific customer (USD is its only currency), the project is automatically switched in USD. Then we create our project tasks, we assign people, and we use biling rates on which we only configured the CAD rates since we don't have specific USD rates (because we want to convert them with Xignite). We enter time.
