How to add additional address to invoice, order and proforma advanced pdf

Hi,


I have advanced pdf for customer documents and need to amend it to show 2 addresses. Customer billing address and customer shipping address to display side by side on header of documents. Please advise how I can do this? Image below and source code from template.
