Administrator role is missing
Good day!
we provisioned a demo account for a customer but the administrator role is missing. when i checked the testdrive number in admin tool, it has 0 administrator roles but has 5 enterprise roles in 1 company.
I also checked the demo management tool to confirm and the administrator email is null. The account was provisioned along with other accounts but had no similar issue.
Is this possible? and what can be the work around? thank you.
