Customize Fulfill Orders Page

I have been reviewing all the discussions regarding the Customizing the Fulfill Orders Page. I see the customize button and am able to add some of the columns that I want, however I would like to hide or remove the Currency Column (we don't need that) which is part of the form and not able to be 'unchecked' in the customize Additional Columns.

Per discussions I see response about going to Customization/Forms/Transaction forms, but can't find the referenced form. Under the customization it states Sublist = Orders and Page Title = Fulfill+Orders

After all the apologies....

I would like to hide the currency column and add the Shipping Address. The currency column is in the form itself and I don't see a shipping address field to choose in the additional columns.
