I am trying to use date in the where clause below. It returns a lot of records that don't match
I have tried many variations
This works
"where p.startdate <= TO_DATE('" + mydate + "','MM/DD/YYYY' )" +
" and p.enddate >= TO_DATE('" + mydate + "','MM/DD/YYYY' )";
