Saved search, type=sales order, special order items received in last 24 hours

Hi All,

I'm coming up empty on this one. I need a transaction saved search that returns sales orders. It must be type=sales order because I am trying to use the saved search to trigger a batch SMS with the Message-Media bundle. Message-media has a limitation that it can only use saved searches of the type sales order or customer. I want the results to be a list of sales orders that contain special order items that have been received in the last 24 hours. This search would run and send an sms to the mobile numbers
