Payment File Type is locked to Positive Pay

Scenario: On the user's PROD Account, when navigating to Payments > Setup > Payment File Templates > New, the Payment File Type is locked to Positive Pay.

We have the latest version of the bundle installed Electronic Bank Payments 339110 (2020.2.5.a).
