Deciphering An unexpected error occurred. Error ID?

We integrate Salesforce with NetSuite via Boomi, we have 1 transaction that is failing when trying to update it's NetSuite Customer record, we're getting xml response from NetSuite of :

<platformCore:statusDetail type="ERROR"><platformCore:code>UNEXPECTED_ERROR</platformCore:code><platformCore:message>An unexpected error occurred. Error ID: kiu3anag1pvzw45fuusbf

But I can't see where documentation is to decipher the error id to something meaningful to be able to resolve the issue.

Is anyone able to help and advise please?
