Report-Sorting via Total Sum

Hello Netsuite community,

I am reporting a total sum of specific items sold per customer. When sorting the amount column, it sorts the items highest to lowest, but from the Total sum, collapsed view, they are out of order. I want this to push into the snapshots showing a true Highest to Lowest display. Is it possible to sort the sums?
