Can the customer place an order without any payment methods?

Dear Guru team,

We created a promotion code to give a free product and free shipping to the customers. We want them to be able to place an order using that promo code, therefore the customers do not need pay anything. Can the customers submit the order without any payments on the checkout page on the website?

Our website is Site Builder and hosted in NetSuite.

Please advice.
