Match Bank Data not matching any transactions

Hello,

We have been using the old Reconcile Bank Statement feature but I see that this is being retired with release 2021.1. I am now testing the Match Bank Data in the RP and none of my transactions are being matched automatically. 

I would really appreciate any help with this.
