Advanced Manufacturing Tablet Entry - Finding Work Order

Sometimes when looking for a work order in AM tablet entry it will not show even though it is in the date range entered in. Searching does not bring it up either.

How can the work order be found everytime? Is there a setting or preference we need to choose?
