Ask for help on Change of U.S. Tax Rate Provider for Legacy and SuiteTax Accounts
Hello Guru team,
I received the notification about the Change of U.S. Tax Rate Provider for Legacy and SuiteTax Accounts.
"Recommended Actions
Go to Setup > Accounting > Tax Groups, and check the Show Inactives box. Compare this list to your defaults. You can then look up the newly created corresponding tax group and set it as the new default as required.
To credit or invoice existing transactions that use inactivated Tax Codes and Tax Groups, manually adjust the Tax field with the new Tax Codes and Tax Groups.
Note: Do not reactivate predecessor (Avalara) Tax Codes and Tax Groups. Because these Tax Codes and Tax Groups will no longer be updated, reactivating them can create transactional errors."
