Workflow Delay

Hello Everyone,

I have a workflow which should sent emails to the employee when they join the company,

the total of emails are 3 and it should be sent with a delay 1 day between each one. but this is not happening, I tried so many ways to make it work but I am unable to find a way to get this delay works.

how can I add a delay ? any idea ?
