How do I get advanced PDF/HTML templates to print rich text fields?
I have a custom record that contains a number of rich text fields. I cannot seem to get them to print properly when they contain anything other than plain text. The markup kills the rendering if I don't wrap it in a CDATA. If I do wrap it then I get both the text and the markup in the PDF. Surely there is some means of doing this? Apologies if this has been addressed before, I'm new to the forums and was unable to find anything on this topic. Thanks.
