Field automatically updating via form but I don't know how!
We have a online marketing form with a custom HTML file. There is a manual entry in the form that appears to be doing some form of data validation and the drop down options for this question are manually written into the HTML file (age group).
When completing the form, somehow a related field is being updated with a different value but I cannot see how the HTML and question on the form is linked to this field. I've checked over the code in the HTML file, checked for the field default values and workflows but cannot for the life of me find how this field is being set after the form is submitted. I can see that the NetSuite webstore is setting the value, but again nothing in the code to my knowledge is doing it.
