NetSuite CRM+: Do I have it? How do I turn it off?

Hello, all!

I'm doing some project time entry testing in a demo account and finding that I have no Billable hours options in the Time Track forms. I am starting to think this is due to something called "NetSuite CRM+."

I have no clue what "CRM+" might be or how to activate/deactivate it, but it is my last suspect in trying to free up this option for testing.
